| Basic Character Information: Name: Saisu Tsuga Alias: Kiri's Black Fang Age: 41 Gender: Male Looks:  Personality: Saisu is a cheerful, outgoing, intelligent person who likes to get attention from everyone, no matter who it is. But despite that, he isn't really always full of himself, as he knows he shouldn't let it get to his head. Saisu also likes to pull pranks once in awhile. Clan Information: Clan Name: Tsuga Kekkei Genkai: The clan is skilled at used at bladed weapons and lightning ninjutsu. Clan Symbol: Clan History: The Tsuga clan is a clan that is associated with the famous group of blade-wielding shinobi, the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. At least one member of the clan is in the Swordsmen of the Mist. If one defects from the group or dies, another member of the clan replaces him. Ninjutsu Elemental Affinity: Lightning/Raiton, Water/Suiton Jutsus: Basic Ninjutsu Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique. Name: Henge no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja. Name: Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.). Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. Name: Genjutsu Kai Rank: E-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell. Name: Shunshin no Jutsu Rank: D-S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Description: Using his Lightning Katanas, Saisu can create several thunderbolts that cut through the ground until they hit the enemy.

Description: Drawing his two swords together, Saisu will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Saisu's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of him. It will then strike out against his opponent and painfully trap them in the vortex. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Description: By combining his twin swords at their hilts and rotating them, Saisu can use this jutsu to surround himself with electricity. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it, but only works for one attack.

Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Element: Water
Description: The Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is similar to the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Element: Water
Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once traped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.

Description: After spitting out a great volume of water from his mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks.

Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and a water shark comes out of each finger to strike the opponent in five consecutive attacks.

Description: Suiton: Daibakufu is a technique that forms a strong column of water to attack an opponent. Due to the force of the water, the target will be fully enveloped and at the mercy of the current as they are pulled away.
Name: Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu

Element: Water
Description: Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of water. This jutsu needs forty-four hand seals, the highest amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series so far. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique.

Description: This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent. It is very difficult to evade, however it will also require a sufficient water source nearby the target, preferably right below it.

Description: Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Description: A ninja causes an area of mist to convert into pure water, usable for Suitton jutsu. This jutsu can also drown an opponent if they cannot avoid the mist around them. This jutsu can only convert 5ft. of mist per rank Genin and above.

Type: Genjutsu
Element: Water
Description: A jutsu usable by Kiri nin in order to cause an opposing ninja to see a fist made of mist come out and attack the target, though no threat actually exists. This is of particular use for Meikiri nin, as they can mask a real attack with this much cheaper Genjutsu. Meikiri who are too low of a level to use the real mist attacking techniques also use this jutsu.
Weapons: Name: Lightning Katanas Appearance: Just regular twin katanas. Rank: A Special Abilities: They can conduct natural lightning as well. Saisu joined the academy when he was eight. He was without parents, so he was an orphan. He enjoyed the academy and he thought that the jutsus were really cool. But. his older brother was assasinated after 9 months at the academy. His life then became miserable after his brother's death. Saisu was a very smart child and he always finished his tasks well. He didn't even break a sweat to get all those tasks done. He graduated from the academy at the age of 13.
Genin Arc - Spoiler:
After Saisu graduated from the academy, his sensei gave him 10000 ryos to buy ninja tools for battle. As thanks, he bought his sensei a book called Make-Out Tactics. On his way home, something caught his eye. The blacksmith. He knew he would be the next one to join the Seven Swordsmen, so he asked the blacksmith to make him the best possible katanas that he could make. It took the blacksmith 14 days, but it was worth it.
One day, Saisu decided to join the Kirigkure Chuunin Exams. The first test, Saisu thought was easy. In the second test, more than half the ninjas there failed. Saisu had to rest a few days before the third test. But on that day, Saisu had won a few rounds and he was on to the finals. He almost died, but he managed to beat his opponent. Then, he got his flak jacket and the Chuunin Exam Pass. He became...a Chuunin.
Chuunin Arc - Spoiler:
When Saisu became a Chuunin, he was assigned a C-B Rank mission five days a week. After twenty weeks, Saisu became tired of repeating missions over and over and over. But, once, an S-rank jutsu reached Saisu! Saisu had to defeat missing-nins that were killing innocent people. "Time to get my swords out." He attacked with such speed and grace. He had defeated all but one. His brother that defected from the Swordsmen and was responsible for all of this. "What has happened to you? Answer me!!" Saisu charged at his brother with a punch. His brother grabbed Saisu's fist and punched him in the stomach. "You are no match." "I'M GONNA CRUSH YOU! RAIRYU NO TATSUMAKI! ATTACK!!!!!!" Even though the dragon hit Saisu's brother, he still stood up. "GRAAAAAA! IKAZUCHI NO KIBA!" The killer was sent flying. "YOU BIT*H!!!!! SHARK FIN GRINDER!" "What?" The killer grew shark fins on his back and arms. He slashed Saisu with his fins. "Agh. Rairyu no Tatsumaki. Finish my brother." The impact killed the brother, and Saisu was proclaimed a hero.
Jonin/Swordsmen Arc - Spoiler:
Since Saisu became a hero, the villagers wanted his rank to get bumped up to a Jonin at the least. So the Mizukage made Saisu a Jonin. Saisu was given many B-A Rank missions and every once in a while, an S-Rank missions. One evening, Saisu's father in the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist died. The Mizukage bumped his rank up to a Seven Swordsman of the Mist. Saisu's dream came true!!! He was finally a Swordsman!!!
Kage Arc - Spoiler:
When Saisu heard the news about the Mizukage's death, he went back to Kiri. When he arrived at Kiri, there was a fight about who should be the Mizukage. They decided to have a battle to see who was worthy. Saisu always wanted to be a Mizukage, so he said why not take a crack at it? People thought it wasn't fair. But Saisu went anyways. He won the fights easily until he was matched with another swordsman. Though he barely survived, he made it through. He then became Mizukage.
Rp Sample: The man sat down and remembered what his grandfather had said. He did the appropriate hand seals and said Mizu Bunshin. "Okay, my swords. SUIKODAN NO JUTSU!!" He made a shark out of the clone. Saisu's shark headed towards the steel wall. "Yes." said Saisu when he succeeded in breaking the wall. "We did it again, Katanas." He put the katanas back inside their holder. "Wait. An enemy ninja." He took his swords out again. "Raikyu." The ball of lightning killed the enemy. "Foolish. Trying to kill a kage. Weakling." | |
